NBbiolab has conducted a great deal of nanobody production with various requirements and modification. To generate the most suitable format of single domain antibodies, our scientists can take advantages of different constructs, expression systems, fusion tags, and labels that can contribute to your project purpose in the best manner.


Prokaryotic expression system - NBbiolab provides decent soluble nanobody expression in prokaryotic system. Based on our independent technology long-lasting experience and expertise, almost all nanobodies can be expressed into soluable fraction and maintain functional activity. Our nanobody expression is 100 mg~300 mg/L yield in shake flasks and 2~5g/L yield high density fermentation.             


HEK293F expression system - It represents a major advance in transient expression technology, enabling rapid, high-yield protein production in mammalian cells. Our robust high density HEK293F transient transfection system brings out yields between 100-500 mg of purified protein recovered per liter of culture.


Yeast expression system - Many eukaryotic proteins contain posttranslational modifications that can be performed in yeast but not in bacterial expression systems. In comparison with mammalian cell culture expression systems, growing yeast is both faster and less expensive, and large-scale cultures can be performed using fermentation.

Additionally, we offer a robust high-density HEK293F transient transfection system that enables rapid, high-yield protein production in mammalian cells. Our HEK293F expression system yields between 100-500 mg of purified protein per liter of culture.

Furthermore, our yeast expression system is an excellent option for eukaryotic proteins that require post-translational modifications that can only be performed in yeast.
